About the course

The Level 3 Award in Education and Training is an introductory, knowledge-based teaching qualification. You can take it before you start teaching (pre-service) or while you're already teaching (in-service). It replaced the older PTLLS qualifications and is the recognised first step for beauty professionals who want to become trainers. Who it's for: Experienced therapists who want to teach; Salon owners training their own staff; Anyone starting a career in further education or training.
