About the course

This comprehensive reflexology course combines in-depth online theory with hands-on practical teaching. You'll cover health and safety, the anatomy and physiology relevant to reflexology, treatment planning, professional standards, core techniques and detailed foot maps. Then you'll attend a full practical day to refine your technique, pressure, body positioning and client care.
